Came to get help with a pinched nerve on my neck going down my shoulder and arm. Noted this when making appt, then when I checked in at front and then with a third person. Then did X-rays to find out there was no PT on staff so after 120 paid I left without any relief. Would have been nice if when making the appt or when I got there and explained my situation of on the website it said you have no PT on staff on weekends. Will never be back
Ended paying 168.00 out of pocket..I was told on booking appt that there would be a 40.00 fee for my deductible only..I was not told of any charges prior to me checking out..The xray tech and Dr were great..very thorough and explained everything..
I was seen quickly this time. The PA was very knowledgeable about my condition and recommended me to continue physical therapy.
Pleasant experience. I made an online appointment. Office staff and PA were great. Came in, did X-rays and received diagnostic evaluation in an expedited fashion.
