If i could i would give d.o.c. and Dr. Richard Dees zero. They took me out of work then refused to complete paperwork that i paid for. The fmla paperwork that insured my position at work, then they closed, so I'm in jeopardy of losing my job. The new company that still has most of the same staff now called optima orthopedic can't or won't help correct the mistakes their predecessor made.
