Went in for wrist pain. Got charged $800 for a ten minute visit where they told me the pain was just tendinitis. I got a second opinion three months later when my pain didn’t improve. Turns out it wasn’t tendinitis and I needed a procedure done which I could’ve had three months earlier. I really felt like the specialist I saw didn’t listen to me and was trying to get me out the door. Wouldn’t recommend.
Incredible experience! I am shocked it’s not rated higher. Super easy intake process, was seen and had imaging within 10mins. Incredibly kind staff and very clean practice. Definitely recommend if you are on the fence. 10/10
Chad, Nina and Tyler were fantastic! I walked in with no appointment and was treated right away, received an accurate diagnosis from Chad within minutes of examination and X-ray, and quickly received a cortisone shot and prescription for PT! This is a hard review. I will start with the good things as there are many. I fell in September and broke both my elbows. I am grateful that this business exists. After several visits with medical staff and getting xrays each time my total out of pocket will be under $500. I can't imagine what it would have been if I went to the ER. They have a lot of locations. I went to Broadway a few times and they rest was at Rifleman. Chelsea Heffner ended up being the main person I saw. She is part-time at the Rifleman location.
