Went in on August 30th and had a great experience. Was told to come back in about 4 weeks to get X-rays redone to see if I had indeed cracked ribs. Went back in on October 5th waited about an hour which was fine but then told they wouldn’t do X-rays on my ribs because it wouldn’t change their treatment. Waist of time now I have to get a scrip to get X-rays from my chiropractor before he will adjust me.
Quick and compassionate care
Dr. Mark Williams and his assistant were wonderful! (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for them!) They were kind, funny, and very knowledgeable and thorough. Unfortunately, the billing department seems to be disorganized (zero stars for them). Despite having both a Medicare Advantage plan as primary and Idaho Medicaid as secondary insurance, I received a surprise bill for over $200 because they claim I needed a referral to utilize Medicaid, which I was never informed about. My child got misdiagnosed with a fracture by the DOCs providers. Upon taking my child to a pediatric orthopedic (DOCs recommended treatment within their clinic with their providers, but I had the presence to take my child to a pediatric orthopedic), we learned that what appeared to be a bone chip to someone that does not have good knowledge of pediatric anatomy, is actually just a normal variant for children of this age group- a bone that will fuse in time with the growing process.
