Having five children who play sports, we’ve been to DOC several times without any issues. I recently had to go for a wrist injury for myself and had an unpleasant experience the entire visit. As I checked in right around 8 am, and while waiting, I overheard the young front desk girls gossiping about other co workers being “stupid” for sending them work, taking Snapchat pics, watching TikTok’s, all while I am in the lobby. I waited for about 60 min without any patients coming or going before I asked for a time estimate which ... read more
I've been going to this clinic for 3 years since I moved to Nampa. This is a clinic I am happy with. The Meridian clinic was frustrating. I wasn't comfortable and I wasn't treated as well as I am now. At the Nampa clinic procedures are efficient, quick, and with good results. The waiting time is short. I like the Doctor's friendly and positive attitude. Sometimes he's even pleasantly humorous.
Went in for back pain - absolute worst care/advice I've ever been given by a "doctor" - I was told to take a "shot of vodka" or whatever my choice of drink was for pain. Ended up having surgery from a reputable doc in town for a pinched nerve. Don't go here if you have something serious - waste of time and money!
Bedside manner was horrible, PA was condescending and abrasive. Will never go there again. It's all about money!
Went in on August 30th and had a great experience. Was told to come back in about 4 weeks to get X-rays redone to see if I had indeed cracked ribs. Went back in on October 5th waited about an hour which was fine but then told they wouldn’t do X-rays on my ribs because it wouldn’t change their treatment. Waist of time now I have to get a scrip to get X-rays from my chiropractor before he will adjust me.
