Very disappointed with the service, they deceived me and owe me money. Full story: They told me, AND ASSURED ME, that my insurance was in network and that I should pay upfront (over 200 usd bill) and my insurance would reimburse me. I naively paid upfront TO DIRECT MEDICAL, as advised. My insurance told me they were out of network (mind that when I talked on the phone with direct medical they ASSURED me we were in network) and that direct medical SHOULD REIMBURSE ME THE DIFFERENCE, which THEY HAVE NOT!
