Got a replacement key fob here a couple years ago for my 2018 Honda Civic, but the unit provided had extremely poor remote range—barely working past 3 to 4 feet. When I brought it back, they dismissed the issue and claimed that weak range was normal for these keys. After recently losing that spare, I had to get another replacement made elsewhere, and the new key easily works from across an entire parking lot like an OEM key should. Very disappointed with the hardware quality and the brush-off when I asked for help.
