I have been affiliated with Direct line for almost 8 years. The amount of care they put into both clients and employees is immeasurable. Quality has always been a priority. Besides the business side of it, they have always been a big contributor to the community donating to food banks, and organizations all over.
I work with a radiology group, and we use Direct Line for our on-call services. They are completely professional when taking the message and follow the guidelines we set up when contacting the radiologist. Marie R. is very patient and understanding in helping us set up a new script. The few issues we've had were addressed in a quick, friendly and efficient manner. I wish all of our vendors were this accommodating.
