Direct is the absolute worst insurance company we have ever dealt with. We signed a policy for $200 cheaper than what they automatically charged us monthly. They kept saying they would fix it and then would never respond or follow up. They then decided we did not provide them documentation for some thing they NEVER asked for and requested our emails with them. We provided everything they asked for and more and they still never fixed the issuer. After 3 months, we got a new policy somewhere else and had to cut the $600 loss w... read more
