We bought a new to us house last fall and the kitchen was a nightmare! Matt and his crew turned that nightmare into a dream! There were a couple of hiccups along the way, as with any project like this, but Matt was always there to take care of things. His attention to detail is second to none. The tile floor and backsplash look amazing! It was a real pleasure working with Direct Install and we're in love with our new kitchen!
We had had a new carpet installed and it turned out to be a major disaster. Matt at Direct Install 417 heard about it and came to see what he could do to fix it. The area was huge so his first task was to find enough carpet. Once he did that, he came, moved all the furniture, tore out the old, put in the new, and moved all the furniture back. He worked solo and did an excellent job in a very timely fashion. There is a 1000% improvement.
Good people who do what they say they are going to do - this place is awesome!
