Absolutely fuming! Gave "authority to leave" for a parcel, as I work full time. Gave instruction to please carefully place it in the parcel slot of my mailbox. The delivery driver literally left a $900 sound system at my front door in clear view! I had to race home to grab it before someone else did 🤬 Appalling service

Appalling customer service. No companion for errors they create or care that you only receive 1 or 2 parcels, or that it is past there expected delivery date. If you can find someone else to use. This has happened three times now and is getting worse with each one. What happened to customers matter, we pay your wages you know

Worse ever delivery Told me someone has to be home from 9am to 5pm, they cannot Gove you time And they just dumped Costco gym equipment in the driveway without ringing the door bill

They were given 'Authoirty to leave' by supplier which means leave in a safe place if possible. Didn't think they'd leave out from of an apartment building near main Rd covering other people's mailboxes. Next to a sign saying leave parcels at concierge. $550 item stolen because the driver didn't ready any of the 3 possible signs. And all I was told was go file a police report and the driver might get talked to. Saying not thier fault as it was delivered.

terrible customer support, got left on hold for over 1 hour and 15 minutes! How can I get put on hold and be told that I'll be shortly served for over a bloody hour! Appalling!
