We have found all staff (OT, NFT, psychology and the front desk) very helpful and caring; collaborating with school and writing thoughtful reports with improvements being seen at school and home.

If you’re reading this you know management of Direct Focus has mishandled my complaint and this review I have not deleted. Nearing 50 sessions of neurofeedback (NFT), I can confidently say Direct Focus is not the right place to go for NFT! Inexperienced, incompetent and unskilled to administer a technology that should be on the hands of experts. Please seek this technology out somewhere else.
