The woman said that it would ship quickly and arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. Fair enough, but what she did not mention is that the mill wouldn't actually pack to ship for over a month. What are they doing for a month? I called to discuss it and they said it would ship as soon as possible, and they would email me with tracking information as soon as it shi... read more

if i could give 0 stars, i would. Absolutely terrible company to do business with. Please do not use this company unless you want wet wood, extremely late wood, terrible boards, short boards, and to never be able to talk to anyone. Trying to call them with issues, like over charging card (this happened to me and its taking forever to get money back), then you will never be able to talk to someone.
