Follow up service is less than one star
The crew was wonderful. They were easy to talk to and worked hard to fulfill all of our requests (even a couple last minute ones) in a timely manner. The fiberglass wells and windows look amazing in our basement. We highly recommend Direct Egress if you are looking to get an egress window or update your window wells. Thanks for such great service!
