I have been dealing with George at Direct Diamonds for years. I have a ring from the company I retired from and I noticed it was missing a diamond. My son who lives in Brampton also deals with George brought the ring in for me. George contacted me and advised me at least 5 diamonds are crushed, one missing and the ring is in rough shape. I just picked the ring up off my son today and almost fell off my chair….what an amazing job they did on my ring. It looks better now, than it ever did. Thank you guys so much!
