I recently visited this jewelry store to buy a gold chain, and unfortunately, my experience with the staff was very disappointing. The customer service was rude and uncooperative, and the staff lacked basic professionalism and courtesy while dealing with customers. Even though I completed the purchase because I urgently needed the item as a gift, I was not satisfied with the overall experience. I hope the management works on improving customer dealing and staff behavior in the future.
Such a beautiful engagement ring selection, paired with incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. The entire process felt seamless and enjoyable from start to finish.
