I was overall very satisfied with the treatment and services provided by the staff at Direct DentalCare. I had an issue with a staff member there and the management took care of this issue. A previous low rating that I provided was directed toward this staff member who no longer is working for them. They were very kind and contacted me after receiving this rating to let me know that this problem was resolved. I regret sending the low rating and would like to revoke it. I would recommend them for your dental care.
