DCFS is a great company to work for. I have been working with the owners for over 12yrs. Their rates are fair in the industry and they value people that have work ethic and are not afraid to travel and can work hard.
I applied I have more then enough experience. they had me go to a website to take a course and a test. they ask for money at the end of test. I did it all never heard back. suspect it's a scam.
This company is looking for free labor! My last check was $199.00 and they refuse to pay me! I have a job with a different company now doing the exact SAME job for $45 to $65 an inspection! Not $6.00! And I get paid weekly. I do not reccomend this company to anyone.
Not a great job in rural areas. You have to drive to far. Low pay per job. unreliable on how many jobs you get
small pay for the distance you drive. some properties you make less than $6 an hour.

I've been completing inspections for them since day 1. They always pay on time and always pay correctly. Depending on your area this can be a part time job, full time job or great supplemental income allowing you to control your schedule. This job requires self discipline and effective routing. These two things make you successful in this industry.
