We had an excellent experience working with Michelle and Direct Cedar. From start to finish, they were responsive, professional, and went above and beyond. We purchased shingles for a large residential project on the other coast of Canada, and Michelle made the entire process feel seamless. From order to delivery and through customs Paul Willson at Direct Cedar was on top of the order always following up and a pleasure to work with. The shingles are perfect at 18" exactly, clear, and well bundled for the long journey from British Columbia to Maine! Even with the cross continental shipping they were better priced than local white cedar which we have found not as durable as the Alaskan yellow. Thanks for a smooth transaction Paul!
