I developed acute hay fever this week while on vacation with my husband. Fortunately, I was able to get an appointment with nurse practitioner, Beth who gave me a steroid injection. This visit with Beth was the most positive and best medical encounter that I have ever experienced. Beth is a gifted, skilled, and caring nurse practitioner and the Boone area is so blessed to have her! I feel so much better. Thanks, Beth! 🙂🍎

My husband needed to be seen and we decided to try Direct Care. From the phone call asking questions, to checking in, meeting with the doctor and getting tests run to checking out; everything was a 5 star experience! The doctor took really good care of my husband. He had to return for another diagnosis shortly after the first trip and was again treated and started feeling better before we left the office. I had an unusual request. Direct Care was able to get me in quickly, and Bethany was empathetic and accommodating. I am so encouraged! The clinic is immaculate and comfortable and relaxing. A happy, restorative place where you will have a listening ear and excellent care!

I had a great experience at Direct Care today. My child was sent home from school for something minor that needed medical attention. Direct Care was easy to find, efficient, and effective. Most importantly, my child is feeling better already. Direct Care saved me time and money, and I will definitely be back!

I could go on and on about why this was one of the best experiences I've EVER had with a provider, but I'll hit the high notes instead: She was fast and knowlegable, asked a lot of questions and really made an effort to get to the bottom of my issue and find a real solution instead of treating symptoms. I was given options on how I wanted to be tested for illness and how I wanted treatment, and when the meds were expensive, she worked with us to find an affordable solution.
