Great prices on Federal tires. Ordered Federal RS-RR's on Tuesday night and it was ready for pickup in Alameda the next day.
They were out of stock on the tires I ordered online so they upgraded them to better more expensive tires free of charge! Awesome!
Been six days still no refund, transaction took place April 1st. I have a bank statements that I was charged, no refund... Yet.
