Terrible experience, the 2008 suburban was in terrible condition, waste of 600 mile trip and hotel stay. Car was falling apart inside, no wonder it didn’t sell for over a year and still sat on their lot. Was not truthful about condition Response to owner: The point is we had multiple phone conversations and you never once mentioned any of the OBVIOUS below imperfections, it was clear once I saw the vehicle in person it was a waste of time which is why we left. I was recently looking for a manual bmw convertible but I was having trouble finding a nice one. Direct Auto had just what I was looking for and had it shipped to me. I had never bought a car out of state so I was very nervous the 4 or 5 days it took to get here. But it showed up in excellent shape as promised. Dimitry was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend. The next time I’m looking for a vehicle the Direct Auto website will be my first stop.
