I had purchased a 2008 Porsche 911 Turbo from Charles and Direct Auto of Tennessee last year, Mid November 2022. As of today February 11th, 2023 nearly 3 months later, Charles still has not sent the title for the vehicle. What's worse, he has stopped accepting calls and text messages all while his staff if covering for his ignorance. It would be advised to NOT DO BUSINESS here. Worst dearlership and purchase experience ever!

Dishonest and disreputable. Worst consumer experience I’ve ever had. Sold them my car, and their check bounced after a week, long after my car was gone. The owner promised me that a wire transfer had been sent, but a week went by and no money arrived. I called the owner and he refused to answer. He eventually sent a text message assuring me that the wire transfer had been sent and that his bank guaranteed the funds would be available that day. They were not.
