Bought a vehicle from here this week. It needed a front end alignment. Went to the office and spoke to Jeff Tyndall and he told me to go ahead and get the alignment and they would pay for it. Called the garage today to make sure direct auto had called the repair shop and of course they hadn’t. Called Jeff today and now he says they are not going to pay for it.
