Met Allen at the Axpona show in Illinois today. Great selection, great prices, and fantastic service. I Recomended them if you live near Texas, if you use their website, or see them at a show.
Circumstances outside of Directaudio’s control threatened to ruin my buying experience, but they tenaciously worked to get the items ordered, safely into my possession. Truly, some old school customer service. Love it.
I recently purchased a very hard to find Beatles Yellow Submarine turntable manufactured by Pro-Ject from Direct Audio. Direct Audio was one of the few online or brick and mortar companies that had the item available, and they sold it to me at a fair price. Allen Fox called me upon receiving the order, shipping it, and followed up with me concerning the turntable.
