I called him and he sent me someone else without informing me. They made repairs. Installed a different capacitor and left it dangling in a cardboard box inside the unit. They did not screw it onto the unit. They left the unit casing loose and unmounted. They installed a generic fan motor that was operated in horsepower and the fab blade had to be adjusted by a different technician bacause the unit did not cool.
