My review is not based on my interactions with the providers, the organization has amazing providers who are incredibly good at their job, but this review is related to the sudden termination of my relationship to these providers because of the mistakes made by the office staff. Jennie massively dropped the ball with Florida Blue members and didn't submit recredentialing paperwork on the providers (a necessary important compliance issue in providing services in the medical field) to Florida Blue.
