I will use again I tried the company who installed the unit first. They did'nt even want to come out and look. I went online and found Direct Buy heating and air. Called and they came out the same day. Nice guy quickly fixed my furnace. Use these guys
Pleased I had several estimates and decided to go with direct buy heating. They installed my new equipment in one day. I was very impressed by their work ethic. They covered my floor with plastic and even vacuumed up the floor when they were done. My new system works great!
Wonderful Contractor Our experience with them was wonderful. After they were finished fixing our old furnace they educated us on how to save money by correctly operating our equipment. We were impressed; itâs been a long time since I have dealt with contractors of this stature.
They are professionals! Good company, great pricing, and good customer service too, I called them right after my air conditioner brook down and asked if they could come repair it, which they did. In one hour they were at my door and in just 30 minutes my air conditioner was fixed, so thatâs another plus for their speed of execution too. Fixed my furnace I scheduled an appointment online. They called me within minutes to confirm. After the tech told me I had a bad circuit board, he called around and found the best price. He went and got the new part and installed it. The furnace works great. They were easy to work with and I would definitely recommend them.
I called Jason Friday...he gave me a quotethat we thought a little high. Monday morning, I receive an email from Jason with a more reasonable brand new clearance unit. We agreed on an installation. Tuesday morning came a knock on the door. I open it to find two workers with ID from the company and askedme to move my car so theycan get the AC to the back ofmy home. Called and they came out the same day to fix my furnace. The guy was very educated and found the problem quickly. Cost me $126. Would recommend for heater repair.
