Awful experience. I only wanted one basin and one chair. I waited weeks to be told the basin wouldn't be in untill the 30th of July and they have 600 coming in and 700+ orders for them! I ended up canceling the basin and going else where. I was surprised when my money went back in the bank 2 days later! My chair finally arrived after being fobbed off many many times. I spent over $500 to only receive the top part of the chair and base. I called right after I opened the box only for them (ray customer service manager ) tell me I have to pay for those items and shipping again. He told me I should have open the box soon as I got it to make sure the parts were there. I can understand that to a point, I had an accident at my store 2 days before I received it so I put it in storage right after I received it. I NEVER opened the box. Best Salon furniture I have ever found. They did a great job for my newly opened salon in Manhattan for a picky man like me. Beautiful chairs with excellent quality. I am also very pleased with their customer service that provided lots of help and did everything perfect. Definite recommend and will shop back.
