DiR is fantastic. Professional, thorough, and kind. Don't trust those who marked one star for whatever reason.
Stay away and look for a more committed and professional inspector, the price discussed over the phone was not what he took from me. No professional person will change the price after looking at the house when I gave the inspection address more than a week ago.

John is a freaking awesome inspector! He came recommended from a trusted source that had an excellent experience, and I had my own excellent inspection. He is exceptionally thorough and knowledgeable in multidisciplinary domains. His report is very detailed and highlights all the property issues well. I had a follow-up question for him after the report, and he was very responsive and helpful. Very professional, and I can't recommend him enough! Would use him again and again.
