PLEASE READ: I was really patient with Dipstick but ultimately he did not fix the issue I had with my car and ghosted me. He charged me $130 for an incorrect diagnostic + $200 for labor. I appreciated that he told me about a website to use for cheaper parts but he told me to get the incorrect thing. He told me several times that he was 100% sure that he identified the issue but he was still wrong and charged me $200 for the labor aside from the diagnostic. James and his team are fantastic! Sunday night our truck broke down, he drove out and replaced the alternator and belt and got us back on the road a few hours later. We thought we would have to get our car towed and find a repair shop in the morning but James came to us in 20 min and fixed everything. Incredible! Check out his reviews. I can never get a hold of these guys. Tried calling 3 or 4 times for a month even left a voicemail? For having good reviews? I don't know? I know your busy but at least get back to your voicemails.
Father's day heroes! I am posting a review on behalf of my husband: "Went up to Bass Lake for Father's day, and my alternador died while up there, on my 2006 Tundra. Had little tools and no local shops open on the weekend. Dipstick Auto really came through. I found them on Google, sent them a message asking for help. Not only did they respond to my message quickly, they drove from Fresno to my location (at campsite) within a couple hours, and were able to swap it out.
