Had my car diagnosed by James today. He was very friendly and made the process far less stressful. He was at my house within the hour and let me know what i needed to fix. Won't give you the "run around" and tells you how it is and if he can fix it or not. If you are looking for a mechanic thats not a big name brand store like pep boys then this is the place to go for any check engine/car issues. Highly reccomend

PLEASE READ: I was really patient with Dipstick but ultimately he did not fix the issue I had with my car and ghosted me. He charged me $130 for an incorrect diagnostic + $200 for labor. I appreciated that he told me about a website to use for cheaper parts but he told me to get the incorrect thing. He told me several times that he was 100% sure that he identified the issue but he was still wrong and charged me $200 for the labor aside from the diagnostic. James and his team are fantastic! Sunday night our truck broke down, he drove out and replaced the alternator and belt and got us back on the road a few hours later. We thought we would have to get our car towed and find a repair shop in the morning but James came to us in 20 min and fixed everything. Incredible! Check out his reviews.
