Craig, my HVAC service technician, was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful with my situation. He clearly explained the problem with my a/c unit and walked me through my options. Although my problem was a worst case scenario, his expertise made the process a less painful. I would recommend Craig and Dipple to my family and friends.
MICHAEL GILLESPIE was our assigned tech for a a leak we in the drain of the master shower. He was very pleasant and very confident of the repair. He was neat , cleaned up and saved up from having to cut out sheet rock which would have been an additional expense. Great guy would highly recommend!
This was the second time Ryan was out servicing our air conditioner and both times he has been so helpful, professional and dedicated to fixing our issue permanently. He treats you like a friend and that is so rare today. We will always request to work with him. Thank you so much.
