This review is specific to the billing practices. I had a $20k+ procedure and paid a 20% co-pay. My insurance then ended up paying for the procedure in full. Their office never contacted me or my insurance to ask how to refund the overpayment. My insurance actually caught it and both my insurance and I had to follow up to get a refund. Dr Maharaj and his staff are very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have interstitial cystitis and gut issues and he is helping me resolve them!
