Just went there Monday . Had the best experience. Everyone was so nice and very helpful. I cannot wait to get my new glasses . I'm getting glasses in my favorite color. I highly recommended going here .
This was the best, most thorough eye exam I've ever had. All of the staff are attentive. They have a unique selection of frames and helped me select just the right ones. I've been to other places for eye exams and walked out the door with glasses I couldn't wear. These glasses gave me great vision from the moment I put them on. Thankyou all at Diplopia!
What a ridiculous harassment from a person who has know idea how far and what awesome care is provided by the staff. Let alone the distance they go for each patient. Incredible service so one person does not make up for what they do and the care offered by the entire staff.
As a young adult in this world, I thought I would be able to visit the eye doctor and be treated fairly but it was far from that. First the doctor herself was very demeaning. I raised concerns from the beginning saying I did not want to switch from the brand of contacts that I have been wearing for 7 years now. She would not budge and insisted that I wear the ones that she gave me. Then comes time for me to pay for the appointment.
