worst food of my whole trip. The corn/lobster bisque was so rich I couldn't eat it. the topping on the tuna was so salty I had to scrape it off. the lobster was tough. The baked mushrooms had a bad taste. I ordered the key lime pie just to cleanse my pallet and it was sickeningly sweet - guess the chef has never had Key Limes. Nothing wrong with the Absolut martini but $125 doesn't buy much here. Also, the restaurant exercises the horrible policy of adding the tip in automatically... that is wrong under all circumstances. Amazing service from Ivan, Melania & Brendan. 48 days aged beef is scrumptious! Mash with truffle oil is yummy! Great bread & butter is the perfect temperature.

The menu is PERFECTLY seasonal and even offers options for those who are just Meat Lovers. The staff is Genuinely attentive and engaging. The wine list is more than a wine lovers dream. The servers are polite, funny and easy going, they make you feel comfortable and they are MORE than attentive!
