The positives. Large rooms. Clean comfortable bed. The negatives, the cost. Drunken brawl in carpark below room. No secure access to upper floor. No security presence to deal with violent drunken patrons from the bar downstairs Broken toilet that won't stop running, stains on the carpet and desk.

Great modest motel in the heart of town. When our heating stopped working, it was fixed when we returned in the evening. Super friendly and professional staff. Rooms more than adequate and clean. Motel offers a brightly lit pub/tavern with decent food and Aussie footy TV matches on every wall. Will definitely return (to the motel)

This hotel advertises as a 4 star hotel and is and is advertised on the Qantas website when you book a flight to Alice Springs. While you do expect to make some allowance for overstatements on the website, this hotel is so far from 4 star to be absolute lies. This is a 1 star hotel increasing to 2 star due to its location (very central). We have stayed twice, the second time only because we had pre paid and there was no possibility of a refund.The rooms were dirty, carpet stained, bathrooms were very old and toilet whistled ... read more
