Wonderful facility. Staff are so kind and the building is very clean!
The Admissions Director, Leia Ferguson, was so helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate before and during the admission of my brother to the facility. She genuinely cares about the patients in every aspect. Also the nurse taking care of my brother, Nayia, reassured me that he would be looked after when he first arrived there. She is compassionate and explained how he was adjusting to the new environment, and they try to keep continuity in nurses for the patients so they have the same person looking after them.
