My landlord Tonya is amazing. Its the people that rent that arent. they are disrespectful and never pay rent. if i was a landlord i would act the same way. she is SO nice to me and ALWAYS understands when i have to pay rent late with NO adverse reactions. they are always here to fix everything and within a day or less. everyone always talks crap on her but i have absolutely NOTHING bad to say about her or Debbie. I have lived here almost three years and will continue to live here until i find a house.
Lived there with my roommate and it was god awful. For just starting out tonya or however you spell her name was by far the worst landlord ever on the face of the planet. I mean a baby could do her job in a heartbeat and that says a lot. Poor management and overall horrible apartments as well as maintenance. Never rent there!!!!
Stay far away from this God awful complex. Tonya is a manipulative leech treating her tenants wrongfully with next to no reason. Unreasonably rude and doesn't deserve a single tenant's rent. Stay far far away from this apartment.
Rude Staff. Rent elsewhere
Leasing Agent Tonya Layton is terrible. Her customer service skills were non existent. I called for pricing and she told me she doesn't know what a starting rate is. She was rude and aggressive for no reason at all. Then she proceeded to tell me they are full. Good thing this place has no empty units, because if they did I'm positive Tonya would be no good at selling them.
