I rented here and unfortunately my apartment burned. Management listed the unit as not habitable, but they still charged me for “cleaning services.” If a unit is uninhabitable after a fire, charging the tenant for cleaning feels unfair and dishonest. I asked for an itemized invoice/photos to justify the charge. Be cautious and document everything if you rent here.
We spent the pandemic living here and it was our little piece of heaven. As you can tell by the construction, a lot has changed since then; But the customer service and attentiveness of the property managers still remains. Never had an issue with pests, parking, or loud nor rude tenants. The laundry facilities were awesome to have. Awesome place for kids!

I’ve been living at The Diplomat a Pearl Property for 2 years and I would happily do another 2 years, as I have the best view in El Paso of Downtown El Paso and Juàrez. The staff has always been helpful and timely if I needed a maintenance request and you honestly can’t beat the location of these apartments between a developing and growing Downtown El Paso, easy walkable streets in the neighborhood, easy access and a short walk to The Border, and a short walk to UTEP and proximity to West El Paso.
