Beware While living here, my car was stolen from their parking lot. Some cameras on site were not functional and didn’t capture the theft. Akron PD did recover my car several days later. I, unfortunately, had to call Akron Police WELL OVER a dozen times living here due to vandalism and other ongoing issues. Management was slow to complete repairs and the property manager was extremely hesitant to complete necessary repairs (think ceiling water damage from neighbors above or huge hornets nest/yellow jackets in the apartment).... read more

Reasonable pricing, quiet and kind community, far enough away from campus shenanigans but close enough to downtown Akron AND C Falls :) Mgmt is great and you have metropark trails in your backyard.
