Good food but the worst customer service I've ever had
The delicious pizza and breadsticks are what keep me coming back to this establishment time and time again, definitely not the customer service. Being treated like an inconvenience whether on the phone or in person, especially by an owner, is an extreme turn off.
Classic traditional pizzeria pizza. In almost twenty years I've never had anything but great pizza from Dipisa's.
Pizza is awesome!!! Never had a bad one!!! But every employee needs to be more friendly, never a smile or a thank you from anybody!!
So we went there after my sons wrestling meet..sat down....waited....realized no one comes to table to take orders....go up to counter....the blonde lady seemed like it inconvenienced her for us to decide on what we wanted....ordered....when the food came....the pepperoni were not cooked on the pizza....I asked about it...she said that is the way they make them...and walked away.....I was hesitant....but the pizza was actually great..and filling....but the customer service...was cold as ice...I Agree with other reviews....do... read more
Don't dine in...they have great pizza but are not child friendly! We have a group of 11 and it took less than 5 minutes to get yelled at..mind you my kids weren't even the ones being loud....
This is great pizza.
