Have no idea how Frank stays in business...he sucks! This guy is a joke. We chose him to sell our house....he NEVER returned any of our telephone calls..we basically had to stalk the guy to get him to do anything. EVERY contractor he hooked us up with to fix things around the house in order to sell it for more money, ended up doing a very poor job, half a job, and overcharged us incredibly when the job was completed (compared with the quote we were given up front).
