I'm selling my house and I contracted Carlos to remediate some home inspection issues (moisture intrusion and minor mold near an attic HVAC air handler). The price quoted was based solely on his review of the inspection report, without seeing the house. It seemed a bit expensive, but I approved the work based on the recommendation of my broker.
