If you are a black woman seeking help, please don’t come to Dr. Sanda DiPaolo. It has taken me over a year to have the courage to say this. She greeted me with hostility and made me feel less than. When I inquired if she would prescribe me a certain birth control, she said and I quote “You can’t afford it”. She said this without knowing what I did for a living or what my income was. She never spoke to me with sympathy or compassion. I felt harassed and bullied when leaving her office. It was truly a traumatic experience.

Best you could ask for! I have been going to Dr. DiPaolo for over 10 years. Her father did retire, which I am glad about. I did have to meet with him once when she was out of the office and it was not a good interaction. But first time I met her, she sat me in her office and talked with me first. No doctor has ever done that. She is ALWAYS professional and kind and I feel like she listens to me when I express comments, questions or concern. I LOVE that she is now with the INOVA group. Terrible service! Long wait, when it's finally your turn, you will be rushed. Dr doesn't spend more than 2-3 min, she immediately starts writing notes in your check-out chart. Beware, they overcharge and charge for services that have never been provided.

Dr Dipaolo, is a life saver !! I would highly recommend her. I have visited a lot of GYNs in my area and she is the only Dr that provided a real solution and you can see how much she cares for her patients. The staff is very friendly and professional. Other patients complaint about the wait time but I do believe good Dr's have busy offices and it's worth it to wait ;)

I had the best experience with Dr. Dipaolo. She was very professional and caring. Her bedside manner put me at ease from the first visit. she took the time to listen to my concerns and address all my issues. I would recommend her highly for anyone looking for a TOP NOTCH OBGYN :) Lisa A.
