Rip off artists!!! They quoted me on 3 gas related issues $1250.00. The employee (Josh) was in my home, looked at what the gas company said needed done, and said he understood. Well he lied. I even tipped him and the other guy $150.00 bucks, because I believed they did the work. The owner finally called me and said he would send his "master" plumber out to rectify the situation. I was standing next to my sister, while Josh the employee Dipsola quality climate control was told everything that needed done to fix the gas leak so the heat can be turned on. My sister paid cash 1,250 plus tip totaling 1,400...my sister is a single mother it was from before Thanksgiving she had no heat until after Christmas when she had to call a legitimate heating and cooling agency...she had to buy space heaters...she has called several times to get a refund and no one would contact her...her kids couldn't even stay in t... read more
