I would highly recommend this company.. My AC unit starting making a noise and wasn't running properly.. I had called another company to come out and look at it n they told me I needed a whole new unit... so I called Dipaola for a second opinion and Josh came out n within 5 minutes had my AC running again!
Absolute horrible experience. They took advantage of my wife when I wasn’t home by charging her $200 for what they said would be a $100 assessment. They told her the issue was a dirty filter, which was a lie because I cleaned it the day before. They came back for “free” as a follow up since the problem with the A/C unit wasn’t addressed. They then tried to charge me $220 for a capacitor that is $19.
