Very disappointed its my ist appt with dipa patel at 4 and she left without telling me and rescheduled my appt i got off from job who is gona pay for today and the staff is very rude they are not listening what we are telling to them dr patel left before 3 and they said you late even though im on time very discusting staff
Amazing experience. Dr. Patel was superb. She listens to me patiently and address all my concerns one by one. This is very rare in this day and age. She had an aura that calmed me and gave me a lot of confidence and sigh of relief. I’m glad I found a new permanent PCP.
The staff were kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I appreciate their professionalism and care.
