The people are nice and everybody seems nice I just don't like how they hold on to my credit card for a whole hour while I'm waiting. That doesn't make sense I don't trust you or anybody for that matter to be holding my credit card for that long. They need to just do a system where they swipe it and give him the card back like anywhere else.That's sensitive vulnerable information. You/they need to fix that.
