Unfortunately, I had an original positive experience here and even wrote a positive review. I tried them for the first time and a month later brought my car in for routine maintenance at dealership and was informed this shop cracked my oil pan. It a $900 repair. I called the owner to see if they could help. He was incredibly rude and not willing to help. Avoid this place.
Went in for an oil change. Technician opened the engine air filter housing without permission and recommended replacement of the filter. It was dirty, so I agreed to have it replaced. Upon leaving the shop, my vehicle’s engine light turned on, so I pulled into an auto parts store to pull the diagnostic codes. Turns out the technician lost one of the factory air filter bolts and replaced it with a generic one without a proper washer and then failed to re-tighten the housing fully, which threw an intake air-suction code.
