I should have walked away in the beginning… I asked kindly that the nail tech to not use the tool to buff my nail instead to do it by hand or not do it at all. It damages my nails. Destroys them. He said ok and said only for cuticles and so I said fine but please don’t buff the bed. He proceeded to buff the nail bed directly and too much. He said it needs to be smooth and offered a up charge strengthening gel… like dude… you buffed off all my nail strength off and then offered a strengthening gel…. Crook… Destroyed my nails.... read more
I requested builder gel fill and before I could even say anything the male tech used acrylic and was slapping it on my nails. What a huge disappointment because I had been working on my nail health for months and this completely set me back now I have to start I over. Before I left the salon I had to request he file/fix the gel polish that had bled or been put onto my skin/cuticles on 4 of my nails. Chrome polish chipped the next day so badly I had to go to a different salon to get them re done. Honestly it was a horrible ex... read more
Management has HORRIBLE customer service skills I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here especially if you are a person of color…
