Kim the owner of the salon is unprofessional and does not listen to you on nail color and does what she wants while disregarding your unhappiness. I have gone to her for months but I won't return after the second and last time she ignored the color of my nails request for pink/white ombré. I get this all the time but second time she didn't listen. She also answers multiple calls on her phone during my nail sessions making it take longer than normal.
