Kim the owner of the salon is unprofessional and does not listen to you on nail color and does what she wants while disregarding your unhappiness. I have gone to her for months but I won't return after the second and last time she ignored the color of my nails request for pink/white ombré. I get this all the time but second time she didn't listen. She also answers multiple calls on her phone during my nail sessions making it take longer than normal. Nail tech was called in, sat at front and was consistently distracted , did not listen to any of my requests for a fresh full set of nails. I requested a medium length with tips came out super short, funky squavel shape and burned from dremal tool.
