I initially had a frustrating experience with a service I booked. I was told it would take an hour, but I ended up spending two hours just having my dip removed, receiving a basic manicure, and getting gel applied to my toes. Since I had to leave, I wasn’t able to get a new dip (which would have taken nearly another hour). I felt that $110 was too much for the incomplete service I received. Our mani-pedi experience was one of the best we’ve ever had .Vivian and Brenda were awesome , personable , attention to detail and competent .We had lots of fun ! Going back soon !!
Best manicure & pedicure I’ve ever had! Amy & Vivian did an amazing job. They were both friendly, attentive to detail and made really great suggestions on what would be best for me as far as color, length & shape :) the salon itself was very clean & welcoming, I can’t wait to go back!
I made a 12 o’clock appointment on ClassPass, when I arrive for the appointment, the girl knew I was using ClassPass to book the service. I ended up sitting there for 25 minutes until they brought me to the pedicure basin. And then I sat at the pedicure station for another 20 minutes. No communication regarding running late. I paid for the dip pedicure, which is a dollar value of $65 and I got the second cheapest pedicure, which was $43. The salon manager or owner then charged me $14 on top of my visit. Nikki gave me the best pedicure that I've had in many years! Very thorough and yet gentle. Looks perfect and I highly recommend her. I think my favorite part is that she didn't use the callous remover block on the middle of the bottom of my feet. Sounds silly, but I loathe when techs do that. There's nothing there to smooth out (trust me). Thank you again Nikki for a wonderful experience.
