After my apartment complex was bought by LIVE Real Estate, I wasn’t sure what to expect as I hadn’t previously heard of them. However, they put a new roof and siding on the house which really needed improvements, so that was a great plus. Worked with Jonathan primarily and they did a great job with all my questions and giving really good customer service. After move out, I was pleasantly surprised to have gotten my whole security deposit back as well. Overall a positive experience in the end.
Dionne and I have worked together for many years. I find her personable, knowledgeable, organized and kind. Additionally, she knows her business and is fully committed to seeing her clients succeed in all that they do. She is an excellent resource of information and is easily able to boil down complicated housing rules into language the rest of us can understand. She fights for her clients and doesn’t quit until the deal is done.
